I’m Coach Claud, a NASM certified fitness coach specializing in personalized training programs designed to fit your unique needs and lifestyle. Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients transform their bodies and achieve their fitness goals without fad diets or extreme measures.

My journey began with my own struggles in finding a fitness routine that truly worked. This led me to study various training methodologies and develop a holistic approach that combines effective workouts with sustainable habits. I’m here to guide you every step of the way, ensuring that you not only reach your goals but also maintain them for life.

Do you coach clients outside the Philippines?

Absolutely! I work with clients from Australia, the US, Canada, Dubai, Europe, Israel, Taiwan, Korea, China, and Singapore.

Is this program okay for beginners?

Yes! Every workout is personalized based on your fitness level, lifestyle, and goals. Whether you’re new or experienced, it’s made for YOU.

Do I need a gym membership?

Nope! I’ll create a plan that fits your setup—home, gym, or both. For home workouts, you don't need a lot of equipment. What you will need is just the basics: a yoga mat, dumbbells, and a mini resistance band.

What if I miss a session?

No worries! Just give me a heads up and we’ll reschedule within the same week if there’s an open slot. I can also reserve your preferred schedule every week if you want a fixed schedule for your coaching sessions. Our schedules are from Monday–Saturday: 8am to 8pm PH time and Sunday: 1pm to 5pm PH time.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel or pause with notice. But I recommend staying on for at least 3 month to see real results. You can also switch plans anytime. I’ll adjust your payment based on what you’ve already used.
